How It Works
BLOOM offers grants for programs and events occurring onsite at any of these properties, as long as they benefit the residents.
Business Owners, Service Providers, and Property and Asset Managers can apply for a grant by completing and submitting the below form.
Here are some examples of qualifying events or programs:
- Social, health and wellness events (fitness classes, cooking classes)
- Creative events (art classes)
- Literacy programs(community libraries)
- Resident gardens
- Emergency supplies
- Scholarship award ceremonies
